1st Annual PACD Fundraiser
Dear Friend,
It is our pleasure, as the Event Host Committee, to invite you to a fundraiser in support of the Pennsylvania College Democrats. This organization works painstakingly hard, year after year, to ensure Democrats are elected to public office at the local, state and federal levels. PACD has continued to fight for Democratic ideals and have been supportive of, not just college students and young people but, our senior citizens and working families.
Because of their tenacity, knocking on thousands of doors and phone banking for countless hours, candidates have been elected and initiatives have become reality. The PA College Dems were honored for their dedication, being named “Federation of the Year” by the College Democrats of America; an award currently hanging in Congressman Doyle’s Pittsburgh office!
The reception will take place on Thursday, July 8th from 6pm until 8pm at The Steamfitters UA Local 449 Hall located at 1517 Woodruff Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15220. Suggested donations for this event are $10 for College Democrats, $25 for Young Professionals and $150 for Event Sponsors. Your donation can be made at the door or,

Even if you can’t make it to Pittsburgh that night we encourage you to send a donation. Your generous contribution will be used to send members of the PACD to their National Convention at the end of July where they will network with other college democrats, political professionals and elected officials. By taking part in this convention they will be bringing back to the Commonwealth best practices of how to keep Pennsylvania BLUE!
